The compact autoclave Woson New Tanco 8 L is an indispensable device that will perform well in any beauty salon, nail styling, and other places where maintaining the sterility of tools used during procedures is essential. Sterilization with a top-class medical type B autoclave ensures full effectiveness and safety of the process, thereby facilitating the maintenance of high hygiene standards in the office. The equipment is designed for sterilizing both medical and non-medical tools, packaged and unpackaged, uniform, recessed items of type A, and porous items. The device can only be operated by qualified personnel who have the knowledge and appropriate training in the operation of this type of equipment.
Improvements for increased functionality
The device is equipped with a control panel with an LED display, allowing for the selection of appropriate programs or parameters and real-time monitoring of the process. The built-in thermal printer enables printing of sterilization process confirmations, which include information such as the date and time of the cycle, temperature changes, and pressure. Additionally, at the back of the device, there is a port that allows for the connection of a dedicated printer if needed, and the USB input allows for saving sterilization results in digital form on the included USB drive. The built-in tanks for distilled water and waste significantly enhance functionality. The device has a quality control function for distilled water. The self-diagnosis system informs when an error occurs, displaying appropriate messages, e.g., about doors not being closed or the need to empty the tank or replace the water, which helps reduce the risk of equipment damage.
Available sterilization, testing, and cleaning programs
The autoclave is programmed with: 4 sterilization programs, 2 test programs – allowing for three tests: vacuum test (Vacuum Test), B&D test (B&D Test), and Helix test (Helix Test), program for regular maintenance and cleaning of pipes (Automatic Pipe Cleaning) and a high-standard drying program (Drying Function). This allows for adjusting parameters to individual needs and prepared loads. There is also the option to set and save custom sterilization parameters through custom mode (CUSTOM).
